5.6 Applying Remote Management

(Only available in Gateway and Wireless Routing Client mode)

Making use of remote management, you only require Internet access to be able to

manage your network.

This feature is especially helpful for those who work away from the office or from

home.

Remote Management

Click on Remote Management from the CONFIGURATION menu.

Specify the HTTP Port number

and the Telnet Port number.

The standard entry for HTTP Port

is 80 and 23 for Telnet Port.

Click on Save button.

Press the Reboot button to restart

the system so that the changes can

take effect.

If you want to disable the

Remote Management feature:

Key in 0 for both the HTTP

Port and the TELNET Port.

Click on Save button.

Press the Reboot button to

restart your computer so that the

changes can take effect.
